Rotating Objects
You can rotate selected objects by choosing Object > Rotate.... A positive value will cause clockwise rotation; a negative value will cause counterclockwise rotation. If you enter a value of 360 or more degrees, then 360 will be subtracted from the value as many times as necessary so as to reach a value in the range 0 up to (but not including) 360.
The rotation will either be about a point which you specify, or an x,y coordinate pair that you enter.
