Here are keyboard equivalents, keyboard modification of mouse actions, and information on using a 3-button mouse in SimuTerra.

Command-A: Select All
Shift-Command-A: Animation (toggles on/off)
Command-B: Orbit Tool
Command-C: Copy
Command-E: Change Elevations...
Shift-Command-H: Fit to Window
Shift-Command-I: Show/Hide Info Panel
Command-M: Minimize (send window to dock)
Command-N: New (new document)
Shift-Command-N: New Window (additional view of document of frontmost window)
Command-O: Open... (open a saved SimuTerra document)
Command-P: Print...
Shift-Command-P: Page Setup...
Command-Q: Quit
Command-R: Pan Tool
Option-Command-R: Start/Stop Recording Movie

Control-Shift-drag: zoom in and out as you drag up and down
Control-Option-drag: pan
Control-drag: raise or lower selection in 2D view as you drag up and down

3-button mouse

The right button is not used. All of these items refer only to the middle button, which is a scroll wheel.
