Info Panel

The Info Panel is a special-purpose modeless dialog. It displays the parameters of the current selection of the frontmost document window, if one (and only one) object is selected. The object can be a point, poly, DTM, or entel.

Changes made in the Info Panel take effect immediately. If you type a value, you have to press an Enter, Return, or Tab key, or click in a different cell, in order to commit the change.

If you want to Undo a change made in the Info Panel, you will have to bring the document window to the front.

The Info Panel does not need to be closed in order to work inside a document window, but closing it is often convenient so that it doesn't get in your way.
