Edit Menu

Undo

Undoes the last action which you performed on the data. An action can be a menu command, a change in the Info Panel, or the dragging of an object. You can Undo back to the last time you saved the document, or to a blank document if you never saved the document. Changes to document data and parameters (such as scale), etc. are mostly Undoable, though changes to views and windows (such as opening, closing, resizing) are generally not.

Redo

Redoes the last actions which you performed on the data and subsequently Undid. You can Redo everything that you’ve Undone. If you’ve Undone one or more actions and then performed a new action, then you cannot Redo any of the actions which you Undid just before performing the new action.
